Appointed Chief Executive Officer of Crimson Aviation Capital, Alex Vella brings more than 15 years of experience within the aviation industry. Prior to launching Crimson Aviation Capital, he joined Magnetic Leasing in 2019 as Chief Operations Officer before later serving as Chief Executive Officer.
Before joining Magnetic Group, Alex spent a decade in senior finance and fleet management roles with airlines across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He also serves as Chief Investment Officer for Magnetic Group and holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Edinburgh.
Erikas Zubrus
CCO of Crimson Aviation Capital
Erikas is our Chief Commercial Officer, with a strong background in Economics from Vilnius University; he brings two decades of expertise in the aviation industry. Erikas began his journey in 2006 with various roles at FlyLal. He has held leadership positions, including serving as the CEO of Air Lituanica since 2013, followed by serving as CEO for multiple airlines in both Europe and Asia.
At Crimson, Erikas focuses on business development, driving the growth of assets under management, building strategic partnerships, lease management, and expanding the geographic presence for the Leasing brand beyond Europe.
Jasmin Brickman
Trading Director Crimson Aviation Capital
Jasmin is Trading Director at Crimson Aviation Capital, leading origination across aircraft and engine acquisitions, trading, and remarketing. Working with airlines, lessors, and MROs globally to identify and structure opportunities across the aviation aftermarket.
Prior to joining Crimson, Jasmin was Business Development Director at C4j Aviation, leading global business strategy. Jasmin holds a First-Class Master’s degree from the University of Liverpool, receiving the Future Leaders Scholarship.
